She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Ezra Fearin and Mildred Hamm Fearin; her siblings, Corine McKee (George) and Charles Fearin (Kittye); her siblings-in-law, Ed Jennings, Joe Smoot, Jesse "Tone" Smoot, Barbara Smoot, Billie Jean Smith (Dick) and Lillian Finch (Shirley); and her husband Rawleigh "Rod" C. Smoot.
She is survived by: her son Ricky C. Smoot (Jacqueline Johnson Smoot) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Stacy Mackenzie Smoot and Jonas Patrick Smoot; her sisters, Christine Jennings of Flemingsburg and Patricia Fearin of Flemingsburg; her siblings-in-law, Clark Smoot (Pat) of Converse, Robert Smoot (Kathy) of Jackson, Kentucky and Diane Smoot of Morehead; and also Raymond Fearin, Jr. (Eula) of Foxport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
