He is survived by: his mother Melissa Netherly Martt of Morehead; his great-aunt Janet Netherly Egan (Steve) of Hillsboro; his brothers, Bradley Netherly of Florida, Kody Netherly of Morehead, Tyler Netherly of Louisville, Waylon Glover of Morehead and Junior Glover of Morehead; his grandfather Joe Eugene Netherly of Morehead; and his brother Jacob Egan of North Carolina. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
