He is survived by: his mother Kay Utterback Fannin of Morehead; his wife Ramona Furnish Fannin; his sons, David Fannin (Makenzie) of Sharpsburg, KY and Samuel "Sam" Fannin of Hillsboro; his sister Victoria "Tori" Earlywine (Adam) of Morehead; his sisters-in-law, Janie Poston (Mark) and Karen Eldridge (Tom); and his pets, Bo and Garnet. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
