She is survived by: her husband James E. Cooper; her children, Ira Allen Cogar (Angie) of Morehead, Monaleisa J. Damron of Wyandotte, Angela L. Carr (Jim Hardinger) of Ypsilanti and Sandra Ortiz (Orlando) of Melvindale, Michigan; her stepdaughters, Kimberly Kay Cooper of Dallas and Jimmie Beth White of Vienna, Ohio; her sister Regina Caudill Stevens of Morehead; her grandchildren, Jason Ortiz, Jesse Ortiz, Timothy Delong, Candace Marsee, Robert Haney, Crystal Carr, Raymond Carr, David Cisco, Justin Cogar and Casandra Cogar; and her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Cooper, Heather Hutch and Jessica Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
