He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Willoughby (Davidson); and his mothers, Ona Aubrey and Irma Louise Willoughby (Haynes). He is survived by: his children, James Willoughby, Gina Riley (Virgil) and Ryan Willoughby (Candace); his sister Rita Kendall (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Ethan Willoughby, Sophia Riley, Willis Riley, Raina and Reece Willoughby.
