She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Maynard. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Maynard (Brenda), Glenda Clevenger (Gary), Michael Maynard (Tammy) and Elaine Yates; and her siblings, Vernon Hardin and Ruth Duncan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
