He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Grybash and Alice Grybash; and his grandchildren, Brittany Neuling and Christopher Branham. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Hazelwood (Theresa), Judy Sinkhorn (Alan), Karen Neuling (Mike), Donna Brown (Dru), Lisa Branham, Connie Hall, Tanya Fluke (Jimmy) and Tammy Moreno. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
