She is survived by: her siblings, Jack McCullah, Ella Couture (Betsy), Edith Paul, Carolyn McCullah and Henrietta Furchtenicht; her son Ricky Blakley (Trisha Mills) of London, Kentucky.; her grandson Ricky Aaron Blakley (Bethany Bennett) of Barbourville, Kentucky.; and her sisters, Birdie McCullah of Williamsburg, Joyce Huddleston of Williamsburg, Evelyn McCullah (Phil Brennenstuhl) of Williamsburg and Gail Buck (David) of Williamsburg, Kentucky..
