She was predeceased by: her parents, John William, Sr. and Clara Frances Lee (Adams); her siblings, Victoria Holland and John W. Lee, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Bailey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kristie L. Smith and Mickie L. Smith; her siblings, Marilyn Miller (Jim), Madlyn Nash (Dennis), Anna Dear, Joseph C. Lee (Sharon), Joyce Saunders (Kenny) and Clara Anderson; her stepchildren, Timothy and Paula; her siblings-in-law, Bert Holland, Raymond Bailey, Pam Barker (Dennis), Penny McIntyre (Henry) and Chippy Berger (Barry); and her great grandchildren, Darin, Nicholas and Atticus.
