With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Elaine Wagoner of Highway, Kentucky, born in Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Don Paul Scarborough and Eulah Marie "Dollie" Bush Scarborough; her sister Patricia Ann DeBrosse; and her niece Michelle Marie DeBrosse. She is survived by: her husband Keith Wagoner; her daughters, April Maurice Pennington (Cliff) of Dayton, Jennifer Dawn Douglas (Richie) of Olive Hill and Emily Beth Kelly (Jason) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Kaleb, Keith, Kelsea, Kammy, Karter, Jessica, Nick, Kyle, Rylee, Jason, Johnny, Mira and Annabeth. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; two expected great grandchildren; and other extended family.
