She is survived by: her mother Janine Erwin; her sister Nathalie Ising (Brian); her nephews, Conner Ising and Alex Ising; her aunt Debra DeJarnette (Ed); her uncles, Larry Erwin (Micky) and Mark Erwin; and her friends, Victoria, Jeri, Wendy, Chelsea, Walter and Josette.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
