It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Waddell (Highway, Kentucky), who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Settles and Jean Settles (Higdon); and her brother Greg Settles. She is survived by: her sons, Kyle (Michelle Potts), Trevor and Tucker Waddell; and her siblings, Terry Settles (Darlene) and Libby Mattingly (Rusty). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
