She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Governara and Louigina Governara; her husband John Lindwall; her former husband Stan Charak; and her brothers, Vincent and Arthur Governara.

She is survived by: her children, Laura Banda (Doug) and Larry Lindwall (Gina); her brothers, Louie Governara (Ella) and Frank Governara; her grandchildren, Justin Hernandez Lindwall, Doug Banda, Brittany Lindwall and Sarah Banda; and her nieces and nephews, Gina Esposito, Sal Governara, Michael Governara, Vincent Governara, Daniel Governara, Louis Governara, Joseph Governara, Justine Esposito and Talia Governara.
