She is survived by: her parent Hazel Maines (Smith); her siblings, Gary Maines (Laura), Wanda Moran, JoAnn Branch (Bill) and Emma Maines; her stepdaughter Tammy Hollen; her goddaughter Darlene Brown; and also, Oreo and Carlie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nephews, great nieces and numerous great friends.
