It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Simpson of Highland Heights, Kentucky, born in Lafollette, Tennessee, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Edward and Dorothy Marie Potter Collier; her sister Deborah Zarmbus; and her son-in-law Jimmy Wurtzler. She is survived by: her husband Roger Lee Simpson; her children, Kathy Wurtzler (Scott) of Silver Grove, KY, Karen Davis (late Andy) of Winchester, KY, Kimberlee Simpson (Greg) of Highland Heights, KY, Kristy Jackson (Joshua) of Taylor Mill, KY, Robert Prewitt (Kathy) of Harrison, OH, Roger Simpson (Shannon) of Dry Ridge, KY and Michael Simpson (Melissa) of Wilder, KY; and her brother Larry Collier of Ohio. She is also survived by 46 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Linda's memory toward the funeral expenses to Stanley Funeral Homes.
