He was predeceased by: his father James Fuhrman. He is survived by: his children, Celina Marie Fuhrman and Elijah James Smiley; his mother Dorothy Lipps (Michael); his siblings, Jennifer Gildenblatt (Phillip), Zachary Lipps (Nikkii), Alecia Lipps (Garrett McElroy), Lexi Lipps and Dylan Lipps (Payton Kraus); and his nieces and nephews, Jacob Gildenblatt, Ashley Gildenblatt, Landon Lipps and Logan Lipps. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial funds have been established in his name for his childrens' future. Donations may be made at 5/3 Bank or Go Fund Me.
