We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2018, at the age of 77, James F. Neltner Sr. (Highland Heights, Kentucky), born in Covington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Neltner; his children, James Neltner, Jr. (Lisa), Sandra Wuertz (Christopher) and Patricia Stone (Roger); and his siblings, Donald Neltner (Jan), Joyce Rogers (Robert) and Helen Biernot (Robert). He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
