He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Schwartz and N. Lee Schwartz. He is survived by: his sister Sue Schwartz; his wife Terri Schwartz; his children, Amanda Chinn (James), Jason Schwartz and Steven Schwartz (Kaitie); his grandchildren, Xander and Olivia; and his brother Richard Schwartz (Jeanette). He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any contributions be made to Interim Healthcare of Edgewood in Tom's honor.
