She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sebastian and Vera Deaton Sebastian; her husband Charles Fetters; her children, Kathy Deaton and Tim Fetters; and her sister Belinda Hilligas.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Turner (Diane), Vera Fryman, Tina Turner and Karen Ratliff (Will); her siblings, Henry Sebastian, Jr. and Nancy Ivy (Denise Ratliff); and her daughter-in-law Connie Fetters. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, Several great grandchildren.
