He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charlotte Cundiff, Jerry and Bobby Cundiff. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Julie Cundiff and Michael Cundiff; his grandchildren, Stephen Jr., Amber Mahan, Michael and Mariah Cundiff; his great grandchild Gabriella Bell; and his siblings, Judy Wells and Jeffrey Cundiff.
