He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Samuel and Emma Lou Boaz. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Scoggins Boaz; his children, Marshea Luker (Aaron) of Dublin and Dwayne Boaz (Heather) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Chancey Ivey (Seth) of Wingo, Kaler Luker (Mariann) of El Paso, TX, Samantha Luker of Murray and Shad Luker of Dublin; and his great grandchildren, Brinley Meadows of Wingo, Davi Ivey of Wingo and Asher Ivey of Wingo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Mayfield (1223 W Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
