He was predeceased by: his father James Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Felts of Hickory, KY; his mother Mildred "Millie" Felts; his children, David Felts (Vanessa) of Paducah, Athena Felts of Louisville, KY and Vanessa Taylor Blanks (Allen) of Paducah; his stepdaughter Leslie Reann Hughes of Paducah; and his siblings, Stephen Felts of Tennessee and Gayna Felts of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
