In the vast expanse of eternity, Marilyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Marilyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Brown. She is survived by: her husband Gary "Buck" Cecil; her children, Corey Cecil (Shauna), Amanda Wilburn (Anthony), Carrie Floyd and Casie Lamb (Nathan); her mother Charline Brown; and her siblings, Debbie Hicks (Billy), Loretta Rives (Tim) and Tim Brown (Kristi).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Mayfield (1223 W Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
