He was predeceased by: his son Michael Parks; and his parents, Alton Parks and Flo Ann Thomasson Parks. He is survived by: his son Brian Parks (Nancy) of Mayfield, KY; and his brother Kenneth "Kenny" Parks of Hickory, KY.
