He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Shobe Moses; his sisters, Nancy Moses Jones, Jean Moses Richardson and Judy Moses Hughes; and his parents, John W. Moses, Sr. and Mary Louise Green Moses.
He is survived by: his children, Martin Moses (Donna) of Mayfield, KY and Johnna Conyea (Ron) of Hickory, KY; and his grandchildren, Patrick Conyea (Amber), Emily Conyea Griffith (Nathan), Shelby Moses Curtsinger (Jordan) and Madeline Grace Moses. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
