He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracy Holtz; his great grandchild Hadli Marie Holtz; his brother Gene L. Holtz; and his parents, Arthur J. Holtz and Wilma Fern Williams Holtz.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holtz; and his sons, Jeff Holtz of Hickory, KY, Greg Holtz of Roodhouse, IL and Jarrod Holtz of Whitehall, IL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
