He is survived by: his children, Paul West (Cheryl) of Mayfield and Lori Grantham (Jeremy) of Boaz; his brother John Phillip West (Stephanie) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Kobe Burnett (Codi) of Hickory, Kade Burnett (Sidney) of Hickory, Conner West (Amber) of Mayfield, Shane Walker (Michelle) of Hickory, Taylor Grantham of Farmington, Luke Grantham of Boaz, Finley Grantham of Boaz and Grayson Grantham of Boaz; his great grandchildren, Bryar Burnett, Blake Burnett, Miles Walker and Willow Walker; and his close friend Jan Johnson of Mayfield.
