She is survived by: her husband Wilby Hawkins; her father Bryan Flood (Rita) of Dexter, KY; her grandmother Mary Lou Vaughan of Lynnville, KY; her son Jett Hawkins of Hickory, KY; and her sister Courtney Polivick (Robert) of Wickliffe, KY. She is also survived by three nieces; and one nephew.
