He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ballew Moyers; his children, Christy Sims (James) of Hickory, KY, Tracy Warner (David) of Hickory, KY and Calvin Moyers, III (Jessica) of Hickory, KY; his siblings, Penny Jaquet of Hickory, KY and Ronald Moyers of Hickory, KY; and his grandchildren, Mary Beth Davidson, Kelsey Davidson, Cody Sims (Hannah), Calvin Moyers, IV, Ella Sims and Lainey Moyers.
