She is survived by: her husband Sonny Skaggs; her sons, James Clayton Skaggs of Metropolis, IL and Joel Skaggs (Lisa) of Lowes, KY; her brother Jerry Dale Fox of Mayfield, KY; her grandchildren, Thad Skaggs, Shawn Skaggs, Allison Smith and Madison Skaggs; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Skaggs, Kaydance Skaggs and Lillian Smith.
