It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Louise Fields of Hickman, Kentucky, who passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Elizabeth Louise shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elizabeth Louise farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A Stahr and Mildred Austin Stahr; her husband William Ardel Fields; her sons, Bill Fields and Steve Fields; and her sister Patricia Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Fields of Hickman, KY and Cindy Parker of Fulton, KY; and her sister Alice Jackson of Dyersburg, TN.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel (903 Broadway St, Hickman, KY 42050). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (411 E Moulton St, Hickman, KY 42050).
