She is survived by: her husband Terry Toombs of Mayfield, KY; her sons, Phillip Toombs and David Johnson of Hickman, KY.; her grandchildren, Skyler Johnson (Beth) of Fulton, KY, Paden Johnson of Hickman, KY and Brookelyn Chambers of Union City, TN.; her great grandchild Kenadie Johnson; and her sister Betty Simmons of Clinton, KY..
