She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Tackett Jr.; and her parents, Sylvester Hall and Veda Ann Hall Blankenship. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Ray Tackett and Tammy Renee Tackett of Hi Hat, KY; her sister Priscilla Fraley (Don) of Hi Hat, KY; her grandsons, Jordan and Jacob Tackett; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Adrianna and Zane Tackett.
