He was predeceased by: his brother Clabe Edward Hall; and his grandfather Bishop Ralph Hall. He is survived by: his parents, Billy Hall and Rhonda Hall Clay; his wife Melissa Mitchell Hall; his grandson Aiden Lee Orville Hall; his siblings, Billy Hall (Danielle) of Willard, Ohio and Paige Hall of Teaberry, Kentucky; his grandmother Claudette Hall; his uncle Tony James Hall; and his aunt Rita Hall. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
