He is survived by: his parents, Marvin Sparkman and Priscilla Shepherd Sparkman of Hueysville, Kentucky.; his wife Ruth Ann Carter Sparkman; his children, Reggie Sparkman of Gunlock, Jacob Sparkman of Hi Hat, Kentucky and Deanna Miller (Jeremy) of Gunlock, Kentucky; his grandson Liam Miller; and his siblings, Paul Sparkman of Hueysville, Kentucky and Jessica Gibson (John). He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews & Cousins.
