She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Fulford (Charlie) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Tawana Collins (Chris), Brionna Burchett (John), Jakota Woods and Austin Fulford (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Braden Collins, Raylan Sexton, Jayden Sexton, Audree Burchett, Brantley Burchett, Aubrey Fulford, Brooklyn Fulford, Austin Fulford Jr. and Gracie Fulford; and her siblings, Johnny Spears and Glenda Sue Stumbo.
