He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Justice and Vernie Johnson Justice; his wife Linda Johnson Justice; and his siblings, Jack Justice Jr. and Gerry Lee Little.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Renee May of Betsy Layne and Melissa Dawn Osborne of Bypro, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Loren Kidd (Jordan), Logan Holbrook (Justin), Lyle Johnson and Hunter Johnson; his great grandchildren, Shyla Kidd, Juliona Holbrook, Myles Holbrook, Cash Kidd, Jhett Johnson, Krue Johnson and Archer Holbrook; and his stepbrother Kenny Hall.
