Though Bennie may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Loyd (Anthony); his grandchildren, Alana, Serinity and Amarrie; and his siblings, David Trobaugh (Bernice), Lucille Rhoton, Mary Trent and Sheva Powell. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
