He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Kenneth Clay, Sr. and Dollie Louise Crook Clay. He is survived by: his son Chase Kenneth Clay (Crystal) of Hopkinsville, KY; his sister Dollie Ellen Nichols (Gary) of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Cayleigh Clay, Claire Clay and Carley Pendleton.
