She is survived by: her husband Mike Blane of Herndon, KY; her children, Jared Blane of Lafayette, KY and Jamie Blane of Herndon, KY; her siblings, Butch Thompson (Gayla) of Crofton, KY, Roger Thompson (Rhonda) of Cadiz, KY, Linda Parker of Oak Grove, KY and Ann Thompson of Hopkinsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Baeleigh, Rylie and Ava.
