Stevenson of Hopkinsville and Ashley Stevenson of Hopkinsville; his stepchildren, Rita Blackmon Chewning (Tom) of Hopkinsville and Michael Dale Blackmon (Jennifer) of LaFayette; his grandchildren, Houston Grogan, Harrison Grogan, Jessica Newton, Rachel Stevenson Hayes (Zach), John Stevenson, Jr., Logan Ferrell, Luke Ferrell, Elizabeth Gibbs, Abigail Johnson and Ava Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Glenn Chewning, Cassidy Chewning, Mitchell Blackmon, Logan Blackmon, Hunter Blackmon and Hayden Blackmon; his great grandchild Elizabeth Jane Hayes; and his stepgreat-grandson Dalton Chewning.
