He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Mullins and Jane Gibbons; and his siblings, Rick Mullins, Mike Mullins and Lisa Mullins Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Rani Mullins of Hopkinsville; his son Logan Hardison of Clarksville, TN; and his brother-in-law Neil Mason Jr. (Brandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
