He is survived by: his sons, Larry Lewis, Mickey Lewis, Terry Lewis and Billy Lewis (Kissimmee); his granddaughter Pauline Lewis Eldridge; his daughter-in-law Crystal Lewis of Olive Hill; his grandchildren, David Lewis, Michael Lewis, Amelia Eldridge Day (William), Adam Eldridge, Matthew Lewis (Renee), Anthony Lewis, Catrina Lewis Compton (Nicholas), Trinity Lewis and Sawyer Lewis; and his siblings, Eugene Lewis (Garnett) of Fairborn, Jerry Lewis of Sandy Hook, Hazel Barker of Fairborn, Betty Ison (Billy Gene) of Springfield, Evelyn Hollon (Paul) of Danville and Patty Allen (Robert) of Henderson, Nevada. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
