He is survived by: his wife Sue Mattingly Heppler of Henderson, KY; his sons, Jerry Heppler (Bobbie Sue) of Sturgis, KY and Tim Heppler (Mary Kay) of Sturgis, KY; his grandchildren, Emily Dominguez (Jesse), Matthew Heppler (Summer), Nathan Heppler (Meredith) and Jerrad Heppler; his great grandchildren, Ava, Micah, Noah, Mariah Dominguez, Colby, Cale, Cort Heppler and Caroline Heppler; and his siblings, Harry Heppler, Galen Heppler and Jo Marilyn Adkisson.
