He is survived by: his mother Martha Stone; his stepfather Wayne Stone; his son Orrin Givens (Myka); his brothers, Brian Shelton (Carol) and Scott Shelton (Micki); and his grandsons, Waylon and Chance Givens. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
