He is survived by: his parents, Randy Owens and Marla Owens of Henderson, Kentucky; his wife Amber Owens; his children, Laney, London, Caleb, Lexi, Hannah, Leah and Sarah Grace; his grandchild Beckham; his sister Whitney Smith (Daniel) of Henderson; his nieces and nephews, Morgan and Owen; his brother Paul Owens (Lori) of Richmond; his nephew Ethan; his niece Emma; and his grandmother Joyce Owens of Henderson, Kentucky.
