He is survived by: his wife Imogene Jackson Lewis; his children, Janet Niehaus (Bob) of Robards, KY and Doug Lewis of Henderson, KY; and his grandchildren, Katie Niehaus, Brandon Niehaus, Darin Lewis, Brett Lewis, Caitlin Lewis and Seth Lewis.
