She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Ray Hawkins; her siblings, Diana Scott and Joe Scott; and her granddaughter Ashley Rideout. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Pruitt of Henderson and Dawn Rideout of Henderson; and her siblings, James Scott of Denton, TX, Mary Helen Hester of Madisonville, Sandra Gayle Allen of Onton, Brenda Fowler of Henderson and John Scott of Evansville. She is also survived by three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
