She is survived by: her husband Mark Johnston of Henderson, KY; her children, Crystal Crow (Christopher) of Henderson, KY and Edward Hickerson of Henderson, KY; her siblings, Carolyn Swihart (David Mooney) of Providence, KY and Dale Allen Baker (Tina) of Henderson, KY; and her granddaughter Hannah Allen of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
