She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Kloke and Marilyn Kloke; and her brothers, Donald "Butch" Kloke, Steve Kloke and Robby Kloke.
She is survived by: her husband Allen W. Smith; her children, Angela Dawn Smith (Sammy) of Manitou, KY and Joshua Smith (Cindy) of Franklin, KY; her siblings, Joyce Burdon (Tim) of Fredonia, KY and John Kloke (Betsy) of Henderson, KY; her grandchildren, Colbie Smith and Katelyn Durban; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Rhett Smith, Amelia Durban and Zoe Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
